FluentForms Integration with FluentCRM on a different website

Hi all, Just wondering if there's a deep integration module available for FluentForms to send rich data, custom tags, lists, etc to a FluentCRM instance located on a different website?

My wife is starting a small speaking business with a separate website, but for simplicity we want to keep using the main business CRM with a different list and tags etc.

So far we're using webhooks to send from FForms -> FCRM, but if I want multiple forms with different tags, as far as I can tell I will need to create a new incoming webhook.

It would be awesome if there was a way of having the same kind of deep integration with FluentCRM that occurs when they're both on the same site, but setup so it works across the interwebs between sites.

If this exists somewhere please help me. I can't find it for the life of me.

Many thanks,
Israel.

I could see that being a useful feature, being able to sync FluentCRM between 2 sites.

Hi, you're closer than you think β€” you don't actually need a new webhook for every form. One webhook on your main site can handle all of them, and each form just sends its own tags and lists with the data.

Setup:

  1. On the CRM site: FluentCRM β†’ Settings β†’ Webhooks β†’ create one webhook. Leave Tags/Lists empty. Copy the URL.
  2. On the wife's site: for each form β†’ Integrations β†’ Webhook β†’ paste the same URL.
  3. In each form's webhook field mapping, just add two extra rows:
    - tags β†’ e.g. Speaking Inquiry
    - lists β†’ e.g. Speaking Subscribers

Different form β†’ different tag/list values, same URL. That gives you the same per-form segmentation as the same-site integration.

Tip: create the tags and lists on the CRM site first with the exact same names, so FluentCRM doesn't create duplicates.

Easiest solution, checkout Wpfusion's Rest API integration with Fluent CRM. It is simple and works extremely well.
