Connect FluentForm and FluentCommunity on different domains

Is there a (simple) way to connect FluentForm and FluentCommunity if the two plugins run on 2 different domains?

In forms, under integrations you have the webhooks option. (eg. set this on site 1).

Same goes for community under Settings > Incoming webhooks (set this on site 2).

Hi Anita Schwarz , you can do it with FluentForm & FluentCommunity using own webhook.

But if you feel comfort automate visually and more event integrate option, then take a look at Bit Flows. If you need any event requests, please share them with me, and we will bring them.
