Conditional Logic ≠ Blank

Is it possible to have conditional logic in checkbox when it does not equal blank, or does equal blank? I have a lot of checkboxes, and it would be handy to be able to use a simpler blank field vs having to choose all of them line by line as a does equal or does not equal depending on my situation.
