Can Fluentforms send payments to Moneris? It's big here in Canada and I have clients that already use it for their point of sale and they want to use it for their website. From the look of it, you need WooCommerce. Which is a lot of software to install for just a form or two.

When using a dropdown menu it would be great to group the selection items via an \ element, so its easier to navigate for the user with related topics grouped together.

I'd like to have one form, containing a dropdown field, and select the dropdown value depending on the button that was used to open the form modal. I can provide different button texts in the shortcodes, but how would I provide data-value for example? In the form itself I can then use custom JS to distinguish the button that was clicked or - even better - make it somehow dynamic.

Who has done something similar before and is willing to give me some advise?
