What's the easiest way to import a Google form into Fluent Forms?
Iβd like to know if itβs possible to perform calculations within a Fluent Forms repeatable table and also generate a total for all entries.
For example, my columns would be:
- Item
- Description
- Quantity
- Unit
- Rate
- Amount (calculated as Quantity Γ Rate)
Iβd also like to calculate the total of all βAmountβ values across the table to produce a grand total.
Does anyone know how this can be set up in Fluent Forms?
Hi everyone,
Iβm working with Fluent Forms and I have multiple assets (like files/resources) that I want to share with users. The idea is:
- A user fills in their email
- After they submit, the file (asset) starts downloading automatically
Basically, I want to make the email a required step before the download.
Is there a built-in way to handle this in Fluent Forms, or do I need to set up some custom action/redirect for the file download?
Any guidance, examples, or best practices would be really appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
Do you guys now if it is possible, for a form, not to count for the notifications on the admin dashboard?
Use case: We have 2 kind of forms:
A. For managing services: we do want to have those admin dashboard notifications :)
B. Lead generation: we do not want to have those notifications on the dashboard.
- Note: I do not mean, Admin notifications by email. But the "blue dot" that appears after every form sending.
I hope we can actually achieve this π
As far as we do not want to miss "important" form sendings, just because we are overwhelmed by the lead-gen ones.
Thanks a million!
Does anyone know how to apply global custom CSS styles to all conversation forms? Specifically updating colors and a minor layout tweak.
If I use the "custom CSS" section on a specific form, the styles get applied fine. But when I use my snippet plugin, the conversational forms don't take the styling.
However, my snippet plugin does apply styles globally for regular forms, so I know it's not the CSS snippet itself (I did a lot of testing).
I am making a large form.
Sometimes, because of the answer, I want to stop the form with a message to the person that is filling in the form (that because of the given answer it is no match).
Next questions do not count anymore and need not be shown. Submission of the form is not needed.
How can I get this working?
And where do I put the conditional logic message? Right behind the question that will decide if someone is done or can fill in more answers?
How will it stop there?
Thank you in advance for any help with this.
is it possible to hide a group of fields? I tried putting 4 fields together using a section break, then adding a condition to the section break, but only the section break itself was hidden. It would be great to be able to hide groups of fields without having to reenter the same logic for each field.
I've been noticing the 'Summarize with AI' button at the top of some blog posts. The other day, I looked into this, and the process is pretty simple.
Here's a one-minute video showing this button in action and how to build it with Fluent Forms without writing any code.
The steps: Customize your submit button text and style, save the form, then go to settings. Under confirmation settings, select 'redirect to custom URL' and add a 3-part URL like in the video: ChatGPT URL, prompt, and a shortcode to dynamically fetch the post's URL.
You can optimize this for other LLMs, stack your AI share buttons in columns, and convert that column block into a reusable pattern.
If you try it, let me know how it goes!
Is there a way to style Fluent Form fields & elements with CSS variables instead of static values? That would make things a LOT easier to maintain and keep updated
I use Automatic CSS (ACSS) and I really need to be able to use variables in Fluent Form styling (actually in all the Fluent products).
Maybe create a unified styling panel that applies some defaults to ALL Fluent plugins?
Has anyone build a quiz with Fluent Forms similar to TryInteract or the Smart Quiz Builder plugin?
Is that type of quiz lead magnet even possible with FF?
