Who has used someone to help get set up with Amazon SES?
I am new to the Fluent family and trying to get set up with Fluent CRM and Amazon SES. After hours wrestling with Youtube videos, I got rejected by Amazon, and I'm thinking I need to find someone who can screenshare with me and help me figure out why. They really won't say why. Anyone have experience paying someone on Fiver, for example?
You may apply for beta access if to send that we are building: https://tosend.com/
What is your business about? They are finicky about anything that smells like it could be related to a spammer. I have a client in the medical field who is legitimate, but AWS wouldn't touch it. Just saying the issue may not be only a technical matter for rejection.
William BeemΒ I support three authors who have newsletters they send out. It's moot because I was accepted into the toSend beta program, and it's SO easy, I'm all set up already!
I faced the same problem: rejection. In the meantime, I signed up for ToSend, developed by Shahjahan JewelΒ and since setting it up, I haven't had any sending issues. The service is fantastic. I haven't had the chance to send bulk emails yet, as I'm still in beta, but out of 500 emails since signing up, not a single one failed. Yes, it's a simple way to bypass this rejection, even after sending tons of documents and data and wasting time for nothing. Introducing ToSend into the Fluent ecosystem is a great idea.
I just filled out the beta access - I currently manage over 100 Amazon Accounts as I set up a separate account for each client and use consolidated billing - As my clients are associations or businesses using this to get form results / password resets - I have a standard use case which seems to work.
That said I have one client that is a local paper and has been sending with a very low bounce / complaint rate - well under the warning levels. We recently got audited by amazon and had to clean up the footer / name. I had to show that people were paying to be on the list - as Amazon was concerned the emails could trip auto spam filters. You need to be very clear in your information.
