What's your favorite sending service and why?
ie: AWS, Mailgun, Emailit, etc. I need to settle on one for use with FluentCRM and would really appreciate "war stories" or strong recommendations.
thanks!
We use Amazon SES. Getting approval is bit hard but once you got approved you can add multiple domains.
Shahjahan JewelΒ - Do you have any tips on getting approval with Amazon SES - I was turned down years ago, but wanting to reapply and I am nervous about that.
Thing is I am genuine and not looking to spam. Just transactional emails and broadcasts to my small list.
Chris ColeΒ Others have said you need to respond to the approval rejection, explain your business, and then a human will approve you.
I was approved into AWS two years ago and it was fairly easy. I did have to write in to a human once.
Chris ColeΒ Check the end of this article: https://fluentcrm.com/set-up-amazon-ses-with-fluentcrm/
Chris ColeΒ When rejected I pasted the rejection letter into Chat GPT and worked out this response. Got 50000 emails at 14/s per day with no issues after that.
This might be useful, but be sure to adapt it to the response they send you. Engaging in a respectful dialogue regarding "how to get approved" in the current application is not the same as applying multiple times. It is a learning journey.

Hope this helps and is useful.
I, on the other hand, recommend MailerSend for small and medium-sized projects. They have excellent deliverability and practically zero issues since I've been using them (3.5 years).
Michal PaczulaΒ thank you. are you using a paid plan, or the free plan?
Lee BuschΒ Paid plan
I use AWS SES with multiple domains. Inexpensive, reliable, and works well with FluentCRM, FluentSMTP, etc.
I use AWS - most of my sites are home owner associations - I have a canned letter I paste into the business case - I have had a couple times over the years that I run into an issue - but i've then appealed / escalated and then it gets approved
