Unsubscribes and bounces

How are bounces and unsubscribes handled in Fluent in terms of adding someone back into the system? I've had instances in Active Campaign where people may have bounced for a temporary issue but then months later sign up for a lead magnet and never receive it because they previously bounced. I have to email Active Campaign to "debounce" them which is super annoying. For temp bounces, does the system continue to try to send over a few days? For longer term ones like I mentioned is there a way to clear them automatically if the opt-in again?

It depends on the email service provider you are using. Typically, most providers continue attempting to deliver emails that are soft-bounced or temporarily failed within a specific time window. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, the provider marks the email as a hard bounce and sends that information to our system through a webhook. Our system then updates the contact’s status and marks that email as β€˜bounced.’

We have already implemented soft-bounce ignoring logic for a few providers such as Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) and SMTP2GO. For other providers, we have completed the development of soft-bounce handling as well, and we expect to include it in the upcoming Version 3 release.

Shiam ChowdhuryΒ What SMTP service do you recommend? I use Mailgun currently for transactional emails. What about the other part of my question about debouncing them manually?
