Unsubscribe stats seem unreasonably low?
We sent an email today to roughly 29500 people, unusbs chart shows only 20 for today, yet the total active subscrivers widget has dropped to to 29300, meaning >200 users have unsubscribed, or 10x what the report shows.
What am I missing?
Bounces and/or Complaints maybe?
Mike R,I think your right. I noticed a hundred or so bounces in various categories. No complaints which is nice though.
