Unsubscribe link not working
I have used the short code({}), smart code (#), and also created a hyperlink (adding the short code as the link). When the e-mail is sent, the link does not work and the short code and smart codes do not appear any different than "##crm.unsubscribe_url##" and "{{crm.unsubscribe_html|Unsubscribe}}" in the actual email.
Users cannot subscribe from the list.
What am I missing?
Are you testing it with a non admin user or is it a test email? I may be wrong but sometimes some functions are disabled while in test mode, but would render ok for the final user…
Akira Zabala I was testing with the test e-mail, but you are right. I was able to check other outgoing e-mail in Fluent SMTP and the link is working. Thanks!
