Typography UX Problem
Typography options are unchecked by default, and there’s no global setting to have them enabled by default. I believe they should be checked by default. Even when I manually enable them, the settings are not retained, which makes it frustrating to use and creates a poor UX.
I heartily agree! With modern screen sizes, there's no reason to hide all that stuff and make us painstakingly expose them every time. Just show everything all the time. Or if you feel that there's a compelling reason to hide them, at least make our choices persistent, so once we show them, they stay shown.
