Support needed!

Hi there! I have a critical problem in one of my sites. I want to edit my email sequences, but am not able to load it.

This morning I submitted a support ticket, though there is still no reaction. And another support ticket I reacted last thursday and still waiting for reaction.

This is not the service I am used to with you, so I wanted to check out here whether everything is OK with you guys Shahjahan Jewel
