Subjective/General FluentCRM Product Feedback
I have a general inquiry that could be considered subjective. Do you have any plans to revamp the FluentCRM product, including its user interface? I believe FluentCRM is an incredibly powerful tool, but the user interface doesn’t feel as modern or fresh as it could. I’m struggling to articulate exactly what I mean, but it seems like there haven’t been many updates, and the product could benefit from a breath of fresh air. Expanding the features would be wonderful.
I want to clarify that I’m not criticizing FluentCRM; I think it’s great and has a lot of potential. It’s also curious that the zip file is labeled “Fluent Campaigns,” which implies it may be a separate aspect of the product, or maybe should be/have been separate somehow from the CRM. I would love to see an improved email builder, as I find it quite confusing when deciding whether to use the classic or visual editor.
Overall, I truly appreciate your products and wanted to share this general feedback to show that I care about their development and want the best for you, your team, and even potential new users.
I have to say that I can live with the current UI. Maybe adding some changes people had recommended last weeks (like put Smart Links out of settings), the UX can be better.
BUT if they "refresh" the design, I can live with that, too.
Thanks for the feedback. I always welcome feedback and this is how we improve our products. As you have used multiple Fluent products for years you know how we value the feedback and use that feedback to improve the products.
Did you notice, our last 2 products' UI & UX is great and polished. Early this year, we have doubled our UX team (we have a separate UI team) and going to hire few more people in that department. All of our old products will get UI & UX revamp,s and we are actively working on these :)
Shahjahan Jewel Sounds great! I think I have noticed some changes, yes. I noticed you changed things on FluentForms the most. I am just concerned that there are many more competitors now and I think your product has the most potential, and I would love to see some new life. As a product creator myself, I can tend to need someone external to give fresh ideas and feedback to revitalize older products, so it could be helpful to hire someone to analyze the current status of the market, and feature set and check on the feedback in the community and compile a fresh list of ideas for your team to consider. I just want FluentCRM to stay at the top, and feel worried it slowed a little.
The UI and not being able to have more than 2 conditional checks in an automation 😢
