Smart Link in Fluent Support

I have one question.

Can I use smartlink from FluentCRM with user login function in ticket notification in Fluent Support.
I don't know if I Fluent Support shortcode {{ ticket.public_url }} log the user on staff respond. In this moment mine user have problem with log in in Support page portal.
