Sequences or automations?

I've a challenge to manage through FluentCRM.. And my thoughts were... What's the best to do? Automation or email sequence?
Can you advice me please?

Technically both are the same. If you want to reuse a series of emails then Email Sequence is better. Also in terms of management, it's good to have Email Sequences.
