Scoring leads
Anyone has found a way to score the contacts in FCRM with a system similar to the one below?
would be a nice feature indeed.
Christophe Pasquier Hello Christopher! you can create a custom field (number), and add or subtract numbers (points) using FCRM automations and the action “update property”.
Not a Lead scoring feature tbh, but you can create something pretty similar and make some custom dev to have a dashboard of top scorers.
All the actions of the screenshot could be done this way. Maybe “contact-reply” would need to think of a workaround: like using a smart link or alike :)
