Resize and optimize email images

At this point many people use image optimizer plugins. A problem occurs when it turns an image upload in the email builder into a WEBP. So they can't be used with fCRM.

And also, email images have specific size and format needs, that are different from web-builder specs. And, if you build a site for a client, maybe they don't understand image formats or compression. So they could send out emails with 5gb images embedded, straight from their phone, for example. Not good.

What if Fluent CRM could size and optimize and verify the image format of any images uploaded in the email block builder? It would be a huge convenience, and also preserve email inbox deliverability and user experience.
