Reply to emails (Fluentform + CRM) directly from the back end, not from your email app

Itโ€™s frustrating to receive a contact email and not be able to reply to it directly from the FluentCRM backend, as is the case with FluentSupport.

It would be helpful to add this feature, whether for emails received via FluentForm or when someone replies to an email sent through FluentCRM.

It quickly becomes difficult to stay on top of things when you receive several hundred emails a day, even if youโ€™re well-organized.

totally agree!
Emailpiping for existing contacts should be possible

this is a mustโ€ฆ specially when WhatsApp and other messaging features are in the works - and we still do not have this option.

I found something similar, just connecting your email account as a backup for Fluent SMTP: this way you can send messages using your transactional service and keep record on FCRM. But email piping is still needed for threads ๐Ÿฅฒ

Jorge de los Reyesย Natascha Vantuykomย Well, the other face of the coin is that you have to be aware that connecting your email (maybe IMAP protocol involved), will bloat your DB... The majority of FCRM users are non-techie people that even don't clean their DB (old info)... So, adding this thing will raise many people yelling that FCRM is devouring their DB and their shared hosting is full for FCRM DB.

Well, that's the way I see this topic.
As Spider-Man's uncle said "With a big power"...

Many people want FCRM working as is it is a SAAS (where you don't mind about server resources), but ignore that adding and adding things to FCRM is adding stuffs to their WP (that usually relies on their cheap shared hosting).

IF WPMN decide to add this BIG module, it has to be as an optional add-on.

Jose Luis Duronย Jose Luis Duron Totally agree!

FluentCRMโ€™s auto-cleanup feature works pretty well, except when it comes to custom event tracking data. That said, I do not think that most users asking for this feature are managing particularly large volumes of clients.

B2B is usually about fewer, larger and higher-value client accounts. This is quite different from high-volume B2C, where I honestly see less need for a traditional sales pipeline (and email piping) within FluentCRM.

As many of us have been saying in this community, I think a lightweight pipeline with this kind of features could be a great feature for B2B service businesses such as agencies, consultants, coaches and similar professionals.

My impression, however, is that FluentCRM is mainly focused on businesses selling products, whether physical or digital, rather than services. That may also explain why the much-requested pipeline has still not arrived.

Perhaps some of these expectations came from the โ€œCRMโ€ name itself. I am sure many users expected traditional CRM features. In reality, what we have is a wonderful and highly flexible email marketing and automation tool, but not a full sales CRM.

But, the future is promising :)

OR be able to reply directly using Fluent Support, would be a better option imho as the tool already exists

Nicolas Dย Indeed, this is the other solution I see that could be interesting
