Offset in Latest post Block

Would love to have the ability to offset the posts that are shown in the latest post block used in emails.

This way I can have one latest post block at the top of the page with a specific layout design.

Then another block further down with a different layout design that shows maybe 3 older posts. I can set this 2nd block with an offset of 1 and it would not show the more recent post and prevent duplicate content in the email.
