List Removed Automation Bug?

When I add/subscribe a user to a list via a smart link I can set automated actions. I also have the option of restarting the automation multiple times if I wish. So, for example, if a user unsubscribes from a list, and then resubscribes at a later time, I can resend a welcome email for example, or update user meta.

The issue I am having is the reverse of this. If a user unsubscribes from a mailing list I can set an automation for various events to happen, such as updated user meta, "sorry to see you go" email and so on. The issue I have is that I can only do this once. There is no option to restart this automation multiple times. So if a user unsubscribes a second time, for example, the automation triggers do not work as Fluent CRM considers the automation as "processed" for this user.

I know I can make this work with tags, but ideally I would like this to work with Lists as well. A user should be able to subscribe and unsubscribe from lists more than once. The automations should still take place regardless.

Maybe i'm missing something on this, has anyone encountered this before?
