some providers mobile dont see the foto or is different or the mail is not nice in the center. Also with Fluent auth.
Annyone experience?

David Carton I will take a look. But looks like the issue is with their email client app. We tested with Gmail / Apple Mail / Outlook.
Shahjahan Jewel Yess, i also think. Nothing can solve, not even AI ;) So its hem. I think.
The photo / avatar isn't controlled by website or web app. Some email clients will pick it up from the favicon others never will. There is no way to 'set' it across email clients. The one exception is for gmail. If you have a google workplace account for the email address you are sending from, and set the photo avatar in the account for that email address, then gmail will see it and show it in emails received by gmail users.
