Issue with Company Assignment in Fluent-Forms β†’ Fluent-CRM

Hi everyone,

I am experiencing an issue with the integration between Fluent-Forms and Fluent-CRM:

When I collect the company name in a Fluent-Forms form and link this field to the existing β€œPrimary Company” field in Fluent-CRM through the CRM integration, no company record is created for the contact when the form is submitted.

So my questions are:
πŸ‘‰ Is it generally not possible to create a new company in Fluent-CRM via the integration if it does not already exist?
πŸ‘‰ Or is this a bug?

Has anyone experienced this issue before or found a solution?

Thanks for your support! 😊

"Is it generally not possible to create a new company in Fluent-CRM via the integration" - You're right. FluentCRM requires some more information but we'll figure out a way to create companies more efficiently.

Nazir HimelΒ Is there anything in the works to make it work in the future?
Can you give a time frame for this?

Nazir Himel

Hey Andre, I'm not sure yet. We'll have to do some R&D but this year is all about consistency so you can expect this in 1/2 QTR. :)

Nazir HimelΒ hi Nazir, great we need this too, another question : does fluent CRM creates company when a woocommerce order is done ( with company dΓ©tails) ?

Nazir Himel

Hi Nicolas DaxantΒ not really. I think we'll have to do a feature list for the company module. Looks like there's a lot of room for improvement. Let's see when we can accommodate this. :)

Nazir HimelΒ Thank you Nazir, yes this is an issue, our Ecommerce clients are companies, so we didnt understand why we couldnt find their companies listed in Fluent CRM, what should be done is when an order is made > add contact details to Fluent CRM + company details (if existing in the woocommerce order) Thanks :)

OK just seeing this. I posted a few minutes ago asking about other Company fields. So this is important info to know. Hopefully it gets resolved soon.

AndrΓ© SalierΒ did you ever figure out a solution to this? Seems like it is still not possible.
