I'm hoping they provide a solution to this as well with the intergrations. I'm also hoping they can syce woo commerce account info with the profile info as well.

No way to merge contacts that I know of, other than to do an export / import of the contacts in question. But that really isn't the solution either as it ignores historical data and automation status.

I requested this feature back on Apr 8th, 2024 but I have no idea where it is in the FCRM planning process, if at all.

I don't think this should be done automatically.

Sure, a lot of people are too stupid/unorganized to use their email addresses etc. consistently. But then there may be some doing that on purpose (different payment methods...).

The primary key is the email address, so each email address is a unique entity to the system.
