Introducing WhatsApp Marketing - FluentCRM 3.2.0 πŸ₯³

Since the day we shipped SMS, the most repeated request here has been "can we do this on WhatsApp?" We built the module a while back but kept it off until replies, provider setup, and consent all worked properly. Today they do. Also we are shipping a unified inbox for both SMS and WhatsApp.

With 3.2.0 you can:

  • Send WhatsApp campaigns to opted-in segments using approved templates
  • Add "Send a WhatsApp Message" to any automation (reminders, order follow-ups, enrollment next steps)
  • Reply to contacts one-to-one from inside FluentCRM, with the conversation saved on the contact record
  • Manage WhatsApp and SMS from one chat-style Messaging inbox
  • Send to one-time recipients by phone number, and save reusable templates per channel

Works with Twilio and Meta Cloud API. WhatsApp consent stays separate from email consent, by design.

Beyond WhatsApp: a FluentCart Create Coupon action that generates a unique code per contact inside an automation (in core, not Pro), theme colors and the Media & Text block in the email editor, Select All on dynamic segments, Replace/Add/Subtract modes for bulk field updates, and faster sending for large campaigns. Plus a long fix list.

Many of the requests that shaped this came from this space. Thank you. Please let me know what do you think about this feature.

Nice! Telegram as messaging service would be also a nice addition ☺️

Sebastian WeissΒ Team is eying on it. But we need proper use cases to R&D properly.

Masiur Rahman SiddikiΒ Would Signal be possible as well?

Masiur Rahman SiddikiΒ It's the same as WhatsApp except you don't have to give out phone numbers. For solo entrepreneurs that don't want to give out their phone number, it's kind of a big deal. Signal or Telegram are the best options.

Boom πŸ’₯ πŸ’₯ πŸ’₯ another massive update just dropped. This is good

Awesome - can now drop Brevo completely and just use toSend and FluentCRM πŸ™Œ

Good news. It remains to have adequate and complete documentation so that novices can use it

Masiur Rahman SiddikiΒ Thank you, I couldn't find by putting WhatsApp in the search bar πŸ˜…

Amazing! Thanks Team! ...The only feature I need to finally move my main big project from Brevo to FluentCRM is for each path (Yes/No) in the Conditional to have its own endpoint. Shahjahan JewelΒ  Without this, I unfortunately can't move. Please look into it. I hope you guys can implement this:

JFΒ Branches, right?

You can use the "end here" (or whatever it says exactly) in the conditional so it essentially become like branches. But it doesn't have the ability to utilize conditionals. Currently, my way around it is to add a tag that starts another automation so that new automation essentially becomes the branch.

Obviously that isn't an optimal way of doing it (branches would be better) but it is a working workaround.
