Include contacts on CRM automation
Hi there! Can you help me please? I already have the product/course live and already sold some before having Fluent Community . Them I get Fluent CRM and made a automation where someone buy the product and gives assess bla bla, you know you it works 😂 But now I want the people that bought before in the automation because its a yearly subscription. How can I do that? Thanks
Create a tag.
Add that tag as a trigger on your automation.
Add that tag to those users that bought before.

Can you hep in other matter? So I'm going to make some part of the community free for all that make a registration , what I need its somehow to collect those contacts to someday send e-mails about the paid community or whatever. How can I make that list or automation ? I will have the list of the paid members and the list of free ones .

Jose Luis Duron and Stuart McKelvie , I'm going to put same of the Fluent Community for free and the only thing they need its to login (with old login ) or registration , the thing is I want to put all the new contacts ( and if possible the login ones on the community ) in a list or tag (whatever possible) to create an automation. How can I do that? Thanks
