I want to disable double-opt in and use automation

FluentCRM Pro does not have (or I can't find it) a way to turn off double-opt in permanently. I don't like the confusion of having an opt-in for the CRM, for Forms, and for Lists.

I have the list set to global. I have the form unchecked to disable opt in. That leaves CRM. How do I disable it? If people click on the confirmation link, they get a critical Wordpress error, yet they are still added to the list. I just want to get rid of double opt-in, and set up an automation sequence instead.

My host has the correct memory, the correct php, and I have no idea why Wordpress crashes when the double opt-in confirmation link is clicked. This might not be a Fluent bug, but I can't find the answer, so I'm doing a work around so I can launch my list.

Please disable Double Opt-In for that form/source, then use an automation to handle the follow-up flow. For example, add the contact directly as subscribed, apply the needed list/tag, and trigger an automation from that list/tag to send your confirmation/welcome email.

I've tried that but CRM is auto sending a link to subscribers to double-opt in. That's why I'm trying to figure out a way to stop CRM's double opt in permanently.

My general settings doesn't have on opt-in option. Opt-in is it's own menu item.
