FluentCRM

I've never used CRM. Is it better than MailerLite?

I've always used MailerLite to send newsletters. Do you do this with FluentCRM? Automations, transactional emails, campaigns to thousands of email addresses? Doesn't it slow down your site? How is it better than MailerLite, for example? Convince me.

I’m a ML user who had investigated Fluent CRM thoroughly and own FCRM Pro. I have a 5k email list that I email often.

I plan to keep my ML plan for now, because I have a ton of long email sequences set up on it. However, FCRM Pro would meet my needs if I needed to switch.

Thanks! So if I start now, Flutent CRM is a good choice. There are no emails in ML yet. Does it work with SureCart and Sure stuff too?

Péter Andrási yes. The Sure team uses Fluent CRM themselves for at least some of their email marketing. I was surprised to see it in the URL when I went to unsub from one of their lists.

I use SureCart, SureMembers, and Ottokit. SureMembers is not well integrated with FCRM but SureCart is.

We've been using MailerLite (Classic) for a few years now. It generally works well but it isn't cheap (we pay over $500/month). One negative about MailerLite and any other hosted system like it is they can shut you down at any time without notice. MailerLite did that to us once (they admitted later that the email we were attempting to send did not go against their rules). We're considering switching to FluentCRM or Groundhogg at some point but so far haven't made that decision.

Edit to add: Even if using a self-hosted system, the email provider you use could shutdown your service. However, if you host the CRM system yourself, you could easily switch to a different email provider (or even have multiple already active at the same time).
