How to Email everyone on a specific list M-F with information from tags?

Hi.

Goal: Automatically send an email to a specific list of users Monday through Friday.

The email should include all current entries with 1 of 2 different tags. In other words, these tags represent 2 kinds of "listings" that we have. How can I automate the process of the email being sent including this current data in an organized way?

Is FCRM Pro equipped out of the box to do this somehow? If not, any idea how I may accomplish this aside from manually creating every day?

Example:

1. People subscribe to a list called "Daily Toys"
2. The email they receive would have a list of all toy entries tagged as "New Toys" and a list of all toys tagged as "Old Toys".
3. This email gets sent every morning M-F automatically.

What steps would I take to accomplish this?
