How do I activate a sequence before a birthday?
For example, I have clients whose birthday is November 15th, and I want to activate a sequence eight days before their birthday. How can I do this? Should I use another tool?
What I'm looking for is to run the campaign before his birthday.

Sure. I have a client who offers an annual automotive and motorcycle diagnostic service. Currently, the client handles this manually, sending emails and making calls. I've automated the process with SMS reminders that the renewal is approaching. Now, I want to implement a system similar to what some companies do: send birthday reminders and discount coupons.
So I thought, I could apply the same approach for my client. Since I'm a fan of Fluent CRM, I looked into the option, but it seems it's not possible. I did see that it's possible with Brevo, MailRelay, and ActiveCampaign, but they are more expensive. Now I see that I should get the Brevo plan, which is more economical, and start the reminder before the due date.
Adam George Another use case is how hosting companies work. They send you hosting expiration notifications 30 days in advance, not on the day of expiration. That's the type of notification I want to implement.
