Hey all πŸ‘‹

Does anyone know if it's possible to create dynamic segments in FluentCRM based on bookings in Fluent Booking?

For example, it would be really useful to be able to create a dynamic segment of contacts who attended a specific webinar (booked via Fluent Booking) so we can send them an email notification when a recording of the webinar is available

I don't think there is a way to create a dynamic segment on the fly. You would need to first integrate the booking with the CRM and apply the users to a list or tags. Based on that information you could create a Dynamic segment.

Yeah I think that will have to be the way to go, thanks Ryk Melck! Just trying to avoid having a huge (and continually growing) number of tags for all of our contacts, but this will have to do for now πŸ™

I never use dynamic segments. But maybe that's why I have a lot of tags and lists. What's the use of dynamic segmentations?

Jesse Benjamin

Assaf Manor you can use data associated with contacts that update in real time. For example, you can create a dynamic segment for all contacts that have a specific country set - let's say United States for example.

Whenever any contact has their country set to United States, they'll automatically be added to the dynamic segment. And if a contact has their country changed from United States to something else, they'll be automatically removed from the segment.

Here's the docs on the FluentCRM website πŸ˜„
