Help newbie please I have created a support ticket but thought this might be quicker.

Hello Hope all well. 

We have moved and imported customers from Mail Chimp. 

We want to " With WooCommerce deep integration with FluentCRM, you easily segment your purchases, lifetime values, purchase dates and target your customers more efficiently." Photo Attached ( intergration settings )

But just want to Ask if we sync will it duplicate our contact as mailchimp contacts are also sync to woocommerce. 

Secondly we have created tags in our product pages but currently dont see them tag when a customer buys that product. Photo attached_ Fluentcrm tag applied.

I'm not an expert on Mailchimp, but I would expect Mailchimp to use the WP user email address as the common link (as does FCRM). In that case, there would not be any duplication of contact. Secondly, the likely reason your tags are not being applied is that you haven't yet synced FCRM to WC.

Thank you Norm for quick reply. I will wait also from Fluent CRM Team to confirm as i am scared of getting duplicates and it will take me hours to cleanup. Thank you
