[HELP] How to remove the '+' from the phone field

I am using Fluent Form on the Landing Page, and the WhatsApp field automatically includes the '+' from the country code. When integrating the Form with Fluent CRM, I am triggering a Webhook, and I need to do something to remove the '+' when I receive the response. What can I do?
