Automation send mail to subscribers who have not/never opened last mail!!

Please see the two attached screenshots. I am going crazy here. I fell in love with your plugin and can already see the massive potential here..
being a very logical minded person, i cant tell how much frusturated i am that what i am 100% convinced should work does not.
My Goal:
Send mail to the subscribers who did not /never opened the campain mail.
I have a list, when subscribers opt in to this list then an automatic workflow starts. They will recieve a welcome mail. Then i created a condition. if a subscriber who has subscribed within the last 3 days AND has never opened mail they would/should recieve another mail trying to get them back
I already created segmentation for users who never opened the last mail, and when i look in the filter i can see that for the ones who did not open or click a mail the filter works and show the correct amount, but is just my welcome workflow i simly cant get to work
I dont understand with the conditions set to Last Email Open NEVER, In my mind in this condition, if emails has never been open then true means get another notification!!! Please anyone...
This appears to be a bug to me. I can't find a way to make the "Never Opened" option work. However, you should be able to get this to work with a bit of logic change in your automation.
I'm assuming you have a wait action in your automation for 3 days before the conditional action. Then in your conditional change it to check for "contact created within 3 days AND contact opened an email within 3 days".
Then, if the contact was created within three days and they opened an email within 3 days they should go down the YES path. However, if the contact was created within 3 days but they have not opened an email within the 3 days, then they will go down the NO path.
