Hello everyone,

I’m looking for advice on setting up an admin email notification in FluentCRM. I want to be able to reply directly from my inbox when I receive the notification. Specifically, I’d like to click β€œreply” in my email, and it should automatically respond to the person who filled out the form. How can I configure this?

I don't think this is possible. I think what you need is Fluent Support.

Ryk Melck, Elementor can do that with a very simple-basic elementor form, so I'm assuming something as powerful as fluent forms can do it :) I'm just not sure where to find this option?

Pat, hmmm! Im really not sure to be honest.

Pat - you can use their API and use a solution like n8n to automate the process. We are using it to connect other apps with the CRM but also you can use their webwook to push data to the CRM like we are using it with n8n and HappierLeads.

If you reply from your inbox, you don't have one consistent "paper" trail. One beauty of FluentCRM is the ability to sent direct emails from the contact screen.

Volker KnΓΆringer, I'm so sorry I got everyone confused! When I created this post I was so tired, I actually meant to say FluentForms but got it mixed up with CRM! πŸ˜‚ so I meant "reply to them automatically, when the email has been sent from my website". I found the option in the end!
But in any case, I don't answer customers from FluentCRM, as I have back and forth conversations constantly, and contact forms being submitted all the time. I use Pipedrive for this situation as it's a lot more customer conversation orientated. I LOVE FluentCRM to connect all customers from Wordpress with other plugins, and to send campaign emails and woocomerce / surecart emails :)
