?? Has This Been Updated ??
Shahjahan Jewel We would LOVE to use FluentCRM. The main issue we encountered when we attempted to switch was that when automations / flows were updated after already having contacts assigned - example, adding a step in between other already existing steps - that it broke the implementation of the already assigned contacts.
This issue was raised and discussed multiple times, however, I have not paid enough attention to know if it was addressed or not.
Again, we would REALLY love to use FluentCRM, however, this is a critical issue for us, as we deal with growing, testing, adjusting clients and need automations / flows to remain stable and operative if they need to be adjusted after already implemented.
Thanks in advance for any update on this.
We have added a button now where you can apply new steps to existing contacts in the automations.
Shahjahan Jewel Love This Company - Such great work!
Shahjahan Jewel Where would I find this button? We are trying to test it now. :-)
Christopher Hussey In your flow make sure you use the "End this funnel here" where appropriate. I encountered an issue, possibly a bug, where in an automation where I didn't have this, after updating the automation the new steps where applied again to contacts who finished the funnely many months/years ago.
I didn't have time to make a report yet as I'm not exactly sure why steps were reapplied to contacts without doing anything else other than modifying a bit the automation.
Barnabas Chris I am still trying to locate the add new steps to existing Contacts button. Any idea where that is within the dashboard?
Christopher Hussey You click the "Reports" button of any automation and then above the graph you should see the button "Re-apply New Steps"
