I’ve been using FluentCRM for several years now. It has become the most efficient way to communicate with my clients and I like the convenience of not having to leave my site and log into a different platform to do what I can efficiently do with FluentCRM right on my site.
There are a few features I would love seeing implemented such an automatically sending an email to my Newsletter subscribers whenever a new post is published. Right now it’s a manual process.
Also integration with SureCRM. I’m able to capture purchases and revoked sales (cancellation) however, it does have the ability to capture a revoked subscription of product made via SureCart. This is frustrating because it is able to capture the purchase of a subscription.

We will check if we can extend the integration for SureCart. The only problem we could not do a deep integration with SureCart because that's SAAS platform so all the data does not exist to your site rather those are being stored on their server.
"automatically sending an email to my Newsletter subscribers whenever a new post is published" is already available with recurring campaigns. A great up-level would be the possibility to select a post tag or category if you segment your list
