FluentCRM Improvements.

I’d like to suggest two improvements for managing scheduled email campaigns.

1. Quick rescheduling for scheduled campaigns

It would be very helpful to be able to change the send date and time of an already scheduled campaign directly from the campaign list or campaign overview.

At the moment, when I need to change only the schedule, I have to go back through the campaign setup flow before scheduling it again. This is unnecessarily time-consuming, especially when the email content, recipients, and all other settings are already correct.

A simple action such as:

• Reschedule
• Select a new date and time
• Confirm

would make campaign management much faster and safer. Ideally, this could also be available as a bulk action for multiple scheduled campaigns.

2. Calendar view for campaigns*

A calendar view for scheduled campaigns would be extremely useful.

It would allow users to quickly see:

• Which campaigns are scheduled on each day
• The sending time of each campaign
• Potential overlaps or too many emails scheduled close together
• Draft, scheduled, sent, and recurring campaigns in one clear overview

It would be great if users could click a campaign in the calendar to open it, and ideally drag-and-drop it to a different date to reschedule it.

The current campaign list and “Scheduled at” information are useful, but a calendar view would make planning email marketing much easier, especially for users running multiple campaigns every week.
