fluentcrm funnels
I am wanting to do a/b testing on certain clicks on my website, and saw funnels in crm, but don't see any way to implement. can it be done? it shows as a feature on the sales page, but can't find instructions.
anyone?
Hey Jeff, not sure what kind of A/B Testing you're looking for. We don't have any click-based A/B Testing, but you can automate based on link clicks.
what's the difference? how do I setup link click a/b testing? that sounds like what I wanted.
Basically what this means is you can tag based on link clicks and automate workflows as you wish: https://fluentcrm.com/docs/global-smartlinks-settings/
The difference in that you can specifically run two workflows for the same link click, so not exactly "A/B Testing" Let me know if it helped. :)
Nazir Himel can these links be anonymous or do the clicks have to be tied to a user? I have 3 options on a page and want to count which link anonymous users clicked on
