Fluentcrm dashboard
Im planning to use FluentCRM or another CRM sollution (folk or OnepageCRM). Is it possible to reach the FluentCRM dashboard from the outside without loggin in in the wordpress back.
Also Is FluentCRM realy a crm or is it more a replacement for mailpoet.
It depends on your needs.
FluentCRM is enough for me on many projects, BUT when I need sales pipeline, it's NOT enough.
I'm leaning towards using a hybrid solution. Using the Fluent ecosystem for training registrations, knowledge document downloads, Community and newsletter sign-ups. And Copper or Folk for sales, customer management, and extensive reporting.
Disadvantages: Data duplication: you have customer data in WordPress (for example, user accounts, newsletter subscriptions) and in your CRM. But I can do all the mailings from within the website with FluentCRM.
