FluentCRM 3.3: Improvements over different modules

We just released FluentCRM 3.3, it's mainly an improvements release over the different internal codebase + some new features and more reporting.

  • Campaign Calendar: see all your email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns on one calendar, drafts and recurring ones too. It’s under Reports.
  • Emails & Actions tab: pick recipients from any campaign, then tag them, export them, or resend the campaign.
  • Tracking per campaign: set opens and clicks to Tracked, Anonymous or Off for each campaign.
  • SMS and WhatsApp reports: see what was sent, delivered, and who unsubscribed.
  • FluentCart, closer to your contacts: open a contact’s FluentCart order from their profile, and use FluentCart smartcodes in campaigns too.

Also in this release

  • Large automations send faster, no settings to change
  • A full Integrations page with every free, Pro, and Fluent integrations
  • Filters for company custom fields, and one click to clear all filters
  • Last name is now optional on the preferences form
  • Security hardening across the board

We are rewriting the Automation Builder, and that will be dope and super feature-rich. More info next week!

P.S. FluentCart lifetime deal is ending tomorrow. This is the last chance to get a lifetime license: https://fluentcart.com/discount-deal/

Any way you could revisit the campaign system, it would be nice to have a setup where we that maybe do a custom email setup could have it auto-schedule that also instead of the current that requires you to use the auto story and such builder. Unless I am missing something. Maybe work with api like submit the whole thing after review?

Thanks for adding tracking per campaign. Are there any plans on adding support for tracking per contact, so that only contacts who’ve given their consent are tracked? It would eliminate the current need for creating two versions of each campaign: one with and one without tracking. Best of all would be if FluentCRM could store and keep logs of tracking consents so site owners don’t need another plugin for that.

Karl Emil NikkaΒ The thing is, how will a contact choose? From where?

Karl Emil Nikka

Shahjahan JewelΒ From the double opt-in email and thereafter from their subscription management page. Site owners now have to do this using tags, but it would be much better if FluentCRM had native support and kept the logs.

Edit: see page 12-13 for recommendations (proof of consent). https://www.cnil.fr/sites/default/files/2026-05/recommandation_tracking_pixels_emails.pdf

does this mean we have an easier, not so cumbersome (tagging and untagging) way of resending campaigns to non-openers?? πŸ₯Ί

Awesome updates! Will the updated automation builder allow for triggering campaigns on date custom fields instead of just on birthdays? We need the ability to send campaigns on the anniversary of a member's join date each year. Thanks.

Teddy Skokos

Awesome! Looking forward to seeing the automation builder.

Shahjahan JewelΒ will the new builder be backward compatible? We've build some custom triggers and actions, will they keep working?

Natascha VantuykomΒ of course. 100%

Thank you in advance for an updated automation builder! Had to, unfortunately, move one of my sites off FCRM for that very reason. Was a tough decision, however.

Shahjahan JewelΒ Β Amazing, thanks to the whole team!

Will the new automation builder allow each path (Yes/No) in the Conditional to have its own endpoint? ...Without this option, I can't migrate my big project from Brevo. Please look into it. I hope you guys can implement it. Thanks in advance πŸ™πŸ½

Jose FΒ nested condidions would be a great plus
