FluentCRM 3.0 Beta.3 is here 🎉
We read every piece of feedback you share, and beta.3 is proof of that. A lot of what's in this release came directly from things you've been asking for. Here's what made it in:
- RTL Support. One of the longest-standing requests from our international users. Arabic, Hebrew, and other right-to-left languages are now fully supported.
- Incoming SMS via Twilio. You asked for two-way SMS, not just outbound blasts. You can now receive and track inbound messages right inside FluentCRM.
- SMS Smartcodes. Dynamic variables in your SMS messages — contact names, custom fields, and more. No more one-size-fits-all texts.
- AI Writing Feature. Many of you asked for AI assistance in the email editor. It's here now - draft, rewrite, or improve your copy without leaving the editor.
- Companies and Notes in Global Search. A small but frequently requested improvement. Search for anything and your companies and contact notes show up too.
- Drag and Drop for Custom Fields. You wanted more control over field ordering. Done.
- Email Sequence bug fix. A legacy issue affecting email bodies in automations and sequences is resolved.
- Rank Math conflict fixed. For everyone who reported this, thank you — it's patched.
This is still a beta, so please test on staging first (We are using the beta in several of our sites to track issues). Your feedback on this build is what shapes the final 3.0 release. Keep it coming. The full release is close 👀
How to update:
- Download & Install Fluent Toolkit addon (If you did not installed yet)
- Activate the plugin, then go to Fluent Toolkit and install FluentCRM Beta and FluentCRM Pro Beta. You can update from there as well.
- That’s it.

If you add products into newsletter with "product blocks" and change the buttons of it like color/title, then you still see at previews and in emails the standard buttons not the custom button ;)

Cool. Are we going to be able to update already active automations and have it affect all people in the automation? Since moving from Active Campaign we have had to do many things in campaigns because automations don't update for everyone. The sync feature never worked.
Also, I hope custom fields are going to show up online instead of having to download a spreadsheet to see them. This has also been on our list with you for a long time. We can't even see the date created without downloading a file. Sorting/segmenting on these custom fields is also important.
Shahjahan Jewel In RTL mode, the "Sending Time Range" fields appear reversed — the Start Time shows on the right and End Time on the left, but the labels read "End Time ... To ... Start Time" from left to right. This makes it confusing to set the correct time range, as the visual order contradicts the logical order. The values seem to save correctly internally, but the UI is misleading for RTL users.

This Beta 3 is looking incredible! The RTL support and the new SMS features are game-changers. As a long-time user and the one responsible for the Brazilian Portuguese (pt_BR) translations, I can see how much soul the team is putting into this 3.0 version.
@Shahjahan Jewel, with such a massive milestone, have you guys considered a special 'FluentCRM 3.0 Founder’s Lifetime Deal' to celebrate this launch?
It would be an amazing way to reward the community that supports and localizes the software, while also welcoming new users who want to grow with the v3.0 ecosystem from day one. A limited-batch LTD for this launch would definitely create a huge buzz! 🚀

Shahjahan Jewel hi. please prioritise watsapp outbound and inbound automation, even more than SMS. in today's world almost everybody around the world uses watsapp and it's super important to have an option to outreach through watsapp. so may I ask when do you plan to have watsapp integration in fluentcrm?
Will the shortcode/block for creating custom unsubscribe and subscription management pages be added before the stable release or is it an upcoming feature for a future version?

Would love to have SmartLink titles included in campaign link activity to see right away which real links were actually clicked. Seeing a list of smartlinks tells nothing useful & it's quite bothersome to look up corresponding links manually one by one from smartlink settings. 🙏🤞

They show up in my log on twillio but don't see them anywhere in FluentCRM.
