Fluent Forms Issue

Was just testing with someone on a PC and when they went to enter their name it was getting an error. I did not have that issue on my computer, but I'm on a mac. Any thoughts on this? I even had them try different browsers. Their primary is firefox and they had the same issue on chrome. I just tried it on Safari, but got the error message on email not name. Any thoughts.
