Fluent Forms: Are checkbox fields sortable/taggable in FluentCRM?
I have a number of packages listed as checkboxes on a form. And when I saw the option to "show values" next to each check box option, I assumed I could capture that as tag I could sort and filter on within FluentCRM. Is that possible? I'm on the free version but will upgrade after testing and playing around with it. I have about 15 packages that a prospective customer can select, and based on the package they select on the interest form, I wanted to be able to push out an email to those folks who checked that package. I don't want to create a separate form for each package...any help would be appreciated!
I think this is possible with conditional FluentCRM integrations. 15 separate email campaigns is a handful. Is there any way to winnow that list down at TOF?
Each of the 15 is a separate course, so when folks select those check boxes, I can send an email for that particular course/interest. I'm just not sure how to capture that as a tag in FluentCRM so I can sort/target a campaign for those folks.
Hi Mark - I apologize for the long delay. I don't have this board set up for emails yet. So I don't see such notifications.
Anyway, I am not an expert on this CRM. I just started using it a few weeks ago. I am not familiar with their email implementation.
I'd classify the emails you're discussing as transactional. Based on what I've seen so far, I'd use lists, not tags. I think of tags as an adjectives describing a Contact (the noun). Lists are collections of nouns; giving us a nice way of organizing a Contact's transactions with your business.
Once you have your lists, consider creating an automation for each list whose purpose is to send the emails you describe. I'm guessing there's a way to template automations to make it easier to manage
You'll probably have a "Welcome to the Family" email shared on each list.
One issue I have with this recommendation is that it violates a basic rule: DRY - Don't Repeat Yourself.
There's also some concept of email sequences; which might also be a way of managing this combination of courses.
Thanks, Jeff...I'll digest this and figure a way to capture interest. My intent is for folks to signal which courses they are interested in, and when I have one scheduled, I can email those folks who expressed an interest via the form. And my design was to have one interest form that could handle everything and based on the product selection, I could re-engage with a targeted communication.
