Fluent forms and crm

Hi guys,

i s it possible to add form data to contact property via webhook/Rest API? I am developing an app in which the website is not on the same domain as fluent crm they want to collect the submissions in fluent crm so all of the data is stored at one place. It would also be ok if we could add note we API that would also work
