Fluent Cart + Fluent CRM: Huge Potential, But How Are You Automating Today?

Hi everyone πŸ‘‹
I recently purchased Fluent CRM and Fluent Cart because I strongly believe in the WP Manage Ninja ecosystem and in the work the team is doing (in fact, I own most of your products).

While using Fluent CRM, however, I’ve noticed thatβ€”at least for nowβ€”the available integrations and automations still feel quite limited, and in practice many advanced automations still seem to revolve around WooCommerce… or am I missing something?

This made me reflect: for projects where automations are a key part (funnels, follow-ups, advanced tagging, etc.), WooCommerce might still be the more β€œsolid” choice at the moment, even though Fluent Cart clearly has huge potential.
And that’s a bit of a shame, because the idea of a native ecommerce solution fully integrated with Fluent CRM is really powerful.

That said, this is not meant as a sterile criticism.
I truly believe in the WP Manage Ninja team, in their skills and long-term potential (and I’ll admit I’m hoping to see an all-in-one plan for developers / resellers someday 🀞).

πŸ‘‰ Question for the community
Has anyone here already built custom automations with Fluent CRM that could be shared as inspiration?
Any examples, approaches, or best practices would be greatly appreciated πŸ™

Thanks in advance to anyone willing to share their experience.

Fluent Cart + Fluent CRM: Huge Potential, But How Are You Automating Today?

I use FluentCRM automations as much as possible. It works fairly well with other WP Manage Ninja products. For other services, I use the available Incoming and Outgoing webhooks. In some cases, I will integrate things through my n8n server.

William BeemΒ I'm waiting for your super course on Fluent CRM on your legendary platform or on your YT πŸ˜€

Roberto CattoΒ I wasn't expected a delay like I'm having, but it's still in the works. My current client project needs to be HIPAA compliant and that's taken us down some interesting rabbit holes to plug potential leaks. On the other hand, it's added a lot of experience that will go into the course and why some choices aren't always obvious.

Hey Roberto!

I agree. We have huge potential and we're already working towards making this the ultimate setup for eCommerce+CRM. To start off, below are some automations we're thinking about. (Some of them will be available soon, and some of them are still in the R&D stages, so please don't take it as a concrete list of upcoming features. And of course, feel free to share your feature ideas):

I've got an automation that works in conjunction with a Cron job. The job updates custom fields, and if certain conditions are met, fires off an email to the customer with absolutely unique content. Due to the lack of shortcodes in emails I had to write the custom content into custom fields, too. But now I have a fully automated system that reminds customers every 7.5 weeks of a new period with new "energies".

My next step is to link videos of mine to the emails, so that there's a stronger CTA.

The next stage would be product recommendations linked to the custom content, creating something that actually resembles CRM. πŸ˜€

I haven’t created any custom triggers or actions yet, but to broaden the range of entry points and follow-up steps, I highly recommend the FlowMattic plugin.
