FluentCRM Automation action to create a fluentcart coupon?

I'm working on a client recovery automation that kicks off if a client cancels or otherwise is removed from a paid subscription. I want to send them an email with a coupon code to invite them back and sweeten the deal with a coupon thats only valid for that person.

Basically the flow could go like this

β†’ Person cancels subscription >
β†’ Tag the person with "cancelled subscription" >
β†’ Add Tag automation triggers to

  1. create FluentCRM coupon (1 use, valid only for specific user account, expires in 48hours) >
  2. Send a "sorry to see you go" email embedded with coupon code and a link to re-subscribe.

Anyone set up anything like this?

Hey Nino AlvesΒ ! Thanks for informing this. While we don't have the coupon action yet, we will certainly add this soon. Masiur Rahman SiddikiΒ bhai let's get this done soon! :)

Nazir HimelΒ hello Nazir, any news here?

Hey Giorgio Luciani, We're launching FluentCRM 3.0 very soon (public beta this week) with a lot of features and base performance improvements. Once that's done, we will add the coupon action (I have an even better idea in mind compared to what we have for Woo) so you can automate this. :)

Love it! I currently have an automation which includes a WooCommerce coupon, but I'm looking forward to switching to FluentCart and will want that action. :)

Looking forward!
