firing automation tag based for old contacts
Hi, I'm creating an automation to unroll users in fluentcsm courses. Now, because I'm porting users from learn dash to fc, I need that automation fires even for existing users that already have the tags and not for users that will have the tag AFTER automation is created. How can I do that?
Using FluentCRM, ensure that you have an automation to add the course on the tag being applied.
Then create another automation that is triggered by a tag removal to re-add that same tag. Make sure that you select the options to run the automation even if the contact isn't subscribed (if you need to do that), and also to restart the automation multiple times for the same users.
Obviously you want to unpublished or delete this automation once you've imported the users and handled this (because you will want to remove users from courses properly in the future).
