Feature Suggestion: SMS Campaign
Implement an SMS Campaign feature that allows us to send bulk text messages to our community members or customers. This functionality would enable us to reach users directly on their mobile devices for important updates, notifications, promotions, or reminders.

We're not ready for this yet, but it is on my roadmap for next year.
I have WP SMS on my list of things to look at further as it has an integration with fluentCRM but but it is just something I intend to circle back to later. https://wp-sms-pro.com/product/wp-sms-fluent-integrations
Native support within FluentCRM would be preferred.
I use an outgoing webhook to send sms. it works perfectly
Andrei AntoniuΒ how are you using it in automations? Is there a way to see if they reply back if not send a follow up sms?
Andrei Antoniu, It would be great if we could manage the entire SMS campaign directly within Fluent CRM. This would allow for seamless integration with our existing contacts and automate the messaging flow natively.
I already do this - not SMS Campaigns, but WhatsApp. I just sent an outgoing webhook to my whatsapp provider. Works like a charm. Of course it would be better that it'd be integral to FCRM, but there are workaround now still.
Assaf ManorΒ do you have some documentation to show me how to set this up. Also how are you using it in automations? Is there a way to see if they reply back if not send a follow up sms?
Assaf Manor SMS campaign could be incredibly useful. It would allow us to send reminders to clients about pending payments, share important updates, and ensure they receive timely notifications right on their mobile devices. This direct approach would improve communication and keep clients informed and engaged.
Manoj Sharma, So what I'm saying is that you can already do this with outgoing webhooks.
Assaf ManorΒ But what happens when the recipient responds? Can the entire SMS conversation be managed within FluentCRM?
+1 is there a roadmap for FluentCRM where these requests can be upvoted and tracked?
