Features Request - Automation

There are 2 things that are essentially missing for me that would make FCRM automation level up to what automation in other applications consists.

1. Variables - for each automation I would like to have variables associated with and that could be used in the automation.
2. Functions - functions to manipulate text/variables/contacts fields/etc'. For example a function that inputs a time and add 5 hours. A function that inputs a string and return the first 10 characters/etc'.

I'll give an example of my use case:

I hold weekly webinar. I have set an automation upon a successful registration that handles email and whatsapp (through webhooks) notifications. In all of them I use the date and time of the upcoming webinar.

Now each week I have to go over all the email templates/webhook/time conditional - and change them accordingly. If I make a mistake in one - it creates a lot of confusion.

Also - I set actions to wait to a specific time (24 hours before, 1 hour before etc') to send these notifications and also to do various conditional checking. Again - each week I have to go over all of these in the automation and update them. And again - if I make a mistake it's gonna be very bad.

A function that would be able to just take as an input a variable I set at the start of the automation regarding the time of the webinar and just manipulate it accordingly - would make this 100x times easier.
