Feature Request: Trigger automation from adding a note (same as adding a tag)

I want to send an email using automation for a service my client purchased as a thank-you email. Later, after a period automated reminder to pay the bill.

The description of the tag can be inserted automatically in the email I design. So, I can describe the service to the client to remember.
